Trick or Treat 30s at Millstream Speedway

Written by Matt Panure on October 18, 2016

Big money was on the line at Millstream Speedway during their finale this past weekend. Two classes of 410 Sprint Cars (winged, and non-winged) went for the $5,000 prize in the Trick or Threat 30s.

A familiar name grabbed the top prize at the half-mile in the 410 Winged Sprint Cars. After falling from his Third Place starting spot early, Kraig Kinser battled back to secure the lead on lap 14. He then battled with the likes of Jac Haudenschild and All Star Circuit of Champions point leader Chad Kemenah for the win.

In the Non-Winged Sprint Cars the battle was between Shane Cottle and Shelon Haudenschild. Haudenschild took the lead from Cottle on lap 16, but suffered damage after hitting the wall when working through lapped traffic. Cottle took the lead on the restart and secured the feature win.

The 305 Sprint Cars were racing for a $1,000 top prize. That race was won by Paul Weaver. Bob Daugherty won the Stocks/V8 Trucks feature event.
